Returns & Exchanges

JRCO products once purchased will not be refunded or replaced with another product

2.

Replacement of JRCO product will only happen in the following circumstances.

  • In case of product defect.
  • In case of exchange of size

Replacement procedure (in-case of product defect) will be as follows –

  • In-case of product defect, dedicated personnel at J ROSS AND COMPANY should be informed within the first 2 days from the receipt of the product.
  • Communication of the issue/ problem with the purchased product should be done over email at  info@jrossortho.com or  jross_co@hotmail.com or call 9969193031 between Monday to Saturday:10:00am to 6:30pm.
  • Post communication over e-mail, our dedicated personnel would highlight the address where the product should be returned.
  • The defective product should be couriered at the mentioned address along with product packaging and original invoice.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund after returning a product?

  • In special cases where a return is approved, the refund will be processed only after the product has been received at the registered address of JROSS AND CO and verified by our team.

How will the refund be made?

  • Once the returned product is received and approved, the refund will be issued online through BillDesk to the original payment method.

What are the delivery charges?

  • Delivery charge varies with pincode in India. Delivery charges in Mumbai are rs 100. Outside Mumbai , in Maharashtra rs 150. Outside Maharashtra rs 250. When you type your pincode, the website calculates the delivery charge.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • On availibiity of product, we ship immediately and it usually reaches within 15 days anywhere in India. In Mumbai delivery takes 2 days . maharashtra delivery takes within 5 days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
  • due to corona pandemic, delivery was very unpredictable
  • Product's availability with us.
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the buyer.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by www.jrossortho.com ?

  • There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on www.jrossortho.com. List prices are final and inclusive of GST . The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
  • Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged extra depending on the location of the delivery as explained above.

Why is the CoD option not offered ?

  • We believe in no contact delivery due to ongoing corona virus pandemic. Also if you are in Mumbai you are welcome to purchase from our stores in person and make cash purchase.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

  • Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process. You can return the item through a third-party courier service.

Does www.jrossortho.com deliver internationally?

  • As of now, www.jrossortho.com doesn’t deliver items internationally. You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in India with credit/debit cards issued in India. But please ensure the delivery address is in India.
