Wear stockinette.

First flex the elbow and adjust the -elbow joint of orthosis with anatomical joint of patient's arm.

Then fit humerus corset of elbow orthosis first, grip both the straps, then fit the forearm corset gripping both the straps.

Once again check the alignment of both joints.

Then tighten as per requirement to feel secured and pleasureful. To be remembered, fit humerus corset before the forearm corset.
