Congenital talipes equinovarus (CTEV), often known as 'club-foot', is a common developmental disorder of the lower limb in infants. It is defined as fixation of the foot in adduction, in supination and in varus, i.e. inclined inwards, axially rotated outwards and pointing downwards
Used post operatively for new born infants age upwards for CLUB FEET.
The CTEV splint is padded with foam, straps to push the heel down firmly.
Lateral strap with lateral wedging holds the foot in desired position.
