Put the Brace as shown in the figure in
the center of Scapulas.
Put the Velcro strap through the rings
and grip them.
Do not tighten one side fully, but take
a grip on each side and slowly tighten the straps so that full extension of
shoulder is achieved Put it on
as per the instruction of your medico.
