Wear Stockinette. Put the long part on lateral side of upper
arm and small flap below the arm. “D” rings in the front side. First grip any strap. Check the flexion of the elbow. It should
be free. Should not hurt the arm pit. Then tighten the strap as per requirement
to feel secured and pleasureful.
