Restricts trunk
flexion, extension, rotation and lateral trunk motion in thoracic and upper
lumbar areas. It reduces lordosis and decreases loading on the vertebrae and
discs by increasing intra abdominal pressure by anterior pad. Used in Koch's
disease, especially osteoporotic cases.

(Back) Height of T.L.S.O. is from superior angle of Scapula to apex of-the
gluteal bulge (i.e. 1½ ” below coccyx notch) refer figure, Available in Back

(53.5 cm), 22" (56.0 cm), 23" (58.5 cm)
Place the lower posterior border of the brace at the apex of the gluteal bulge (Buttocks) (i.e. 1- ½” below Coccyx Notch) (½ of the Buttocks) Ref. figure.
next , fasten the abdomen belt across lower abdomen.
The belt should not touch the thighs when the patient sits.
Now put on the shoulder strap like you put on a shirt.
Now velcro straps are to be tightened by pulling the shoulder straps downward.
lift the strap up onto shoulders and stick it on shouldrs.
Tighten the shoulder straps as per requirement-.
